After serving in the Air Force from 1968 to 1972 Bill went on to get his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from St. Mary’s College. He spent 38 years in the high tech industry working in the field of Global Customer Support which required almost daily interface with a highly diverse group of customers throughout the world. Bill retired in 2010 and opened a photography business and aside from his normal duties, donated a great portion of his time to the Special Kids Foundation, the ICanHelp campaign (an Anti-Bullying program), and photographed many sporting events for Liberty High School. He is also a member of the Discovery Bay Country Club HOA Architectural Committee.
In his spare time Bill enjoys golf, backpacking, and photography. He loves this unique community and is both appreciative and honored for the trust the voters have bestowed upon him.
