My wife Donna and I have been Discovery Bay homeowners since 1999. Prior to moving to Discovery Bay full time in 2010, we lived in Fremont where we raised our family and operated a construction company for over 25 years. I was elected to the Fremont City Council in 1996 and served until my term expired in 2004. I also volunteer my time and have served on a number of community boards, commissions and service organizations throughout my career. I am a United States Air Force Veteran, having served from 1968 to 1971. I believe participating and giving back to the community in one way or another helps make the community a better place to live. I was elected to the Town of Discovery Bay CSD Board in 2012. I appreciate the responsibility the voters have given me to help guide our town into the future. Donna and I have three grown children and three grandchildren. I am an avid golfer and enjoy gardening with my wife. We selected Discovery Bay as our retirement home because of the friendly residents and all of the various recreational opportunities. It truly is a great place to live, and I am committed to keeping it that way!
