The Administrative Assistant (A/B) executes technical, administrative and clerical duties associated with the coordination, production, and review of Town records. Performs periodic supervision of seasonal staff. Serves as a resource and provides information to the public, other agencies and staff requiring use of sound judgment and the interpretation of a variety of policies, rules and regulations. Works periodic night, weekend and holiday shifts as required. Engages in public outreach to include customer service, website updates, social media posts, news media relations, email blasts, writings, brochure design, and blueprint review.
The Administrative Assistant (A/B) position is a FLSA Non-Exempt position with a salary range of $4,459-$5,569/month (Candidate will be placed within the pay range based on qualifications and experience).
