The Town of Discovery Bay CSD serves as a source of information, help and referral to residents, businesses and visitors to our community. In this section, we provide links to resources that may be of interest to you. In addition, Town Staff is available to respond to questions and concerns during normal business hours.
Discovery Bay is home to several restaurants, retail establishments, real estate businesses, medical offices and more. What many may not realize is that our community is also home to a large number of entrepreneurs and consultants who work via home-based businesses. We encourage Discovery Bay residents to support our local businesses they are our neighbors, and they make life more convenient for those who live in our community.
The Contra Costa County Public Library has established a Library-a-Go-Go Kiosk located between Chase Bank and the CVS Pharmacy in the Sandy Cove Shopping Center. Library-a-Go-Go is an automated book dispensing machine that contains approximately 400 books for youth and adults. Simply bring your Contra Costa County Library Card to browse and borrow books directly from the kiosk, and then return them to the kiosk when you are done.
One of the most important responsibilities of any governing body is to ensure the health and safety of the community. The Town of Discovery Bay CSD takes this responsibility seriously and endeavors to keep the public informed about programs and activities related to health and safety, whether that relates to environmental health, safe drinking water, police and fire protection and/or hazardous materials.
There are a number of homeowner associations in Discovery Bay. You should be aware of which association you are a member. The Town of Discovery Bay is not affiliated with any HOA and provides the following for informational purposes only.
