The Town provides water to the community through a series of
6 wells that draw from an aquifer approximately 300′ below
Water from those wells is then sent through a treatment,
filtration and storage process ensuring that the water is safe to
drink and available on demand.
Every year the Town distributes an annual water quality report to
the community. You can view this year’s report by clicking

Town of Discovery Bay Community Services District Current
Administrative Rates For Water & Wastewater.
Pursuant to Proposition 218 approved by voters in 1996, each year
the District finds it necessary to increase utility rates, a rate
study and a public hearing must take place. The proposed
overall blended service rates for FY20-21 through FY24-25 are as
noted in the Lechowicz & Tseng Water and
Wastewater Study dated June 4, 2020.
The Town of Discovery Bay and Veolia Water, our contractor that operates and maintains our water treatment and distribution facilities, are proud to present our annual water quality report.
